Information we use and why

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any name or order details you provide. We use this information to answer you and resolve your enquiry. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

When you order, we use your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, chosen products, order history and payment status to take payment, deliver your goods and handle returns or problems. Payment details are processed by the payment service you choose. We also use technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and activity on the store, to operate the site and protect it from misuse.

We use the information needed to fulfil your order or take steps you request before an order on the basis of our contract with you. We keep records needed to meet legal obligations, including accounting requirements. We rely on our legitimate interests in answering general enquiries, resolving complaints and keeping the store secure. Optional personalisation, marketing and analytics that require consent rely on your choices.

Service providers

Shopify provides our online store. Printful is connected to our catalogue for printing and fulfilment. We share the order and recipient details needed to produce and deliver your goods with Printful and delivery carriers. Payment information goes to the services involved in your chosen method, which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay or Google Pay. Our email service processes messages and replies. Payment providers may also process information independently for fraud prevention and legal requirements. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Cookies and optional services

Required cookies support functions such as the bag, checkout, security and saved privacy choices. Use Cookie settings in the footer to choose or change optional Personalization, Marketing and Analytics settings. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify can combine information about interactions and purchases across stores for analytics, personalisation and advertising, acting as an independent controller for those uses. A Printful customer-event pixel is also connected for analytics and campaign measurement. Optional uses that require consent are governed by your choices.

International processing

Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Shopify identifies processing locations including Canada and Singapore; Printful identifies the United States and European locations. For transfers needing safeguards, their terms provide for standard contractual clauses and applicable UK transfer provisions. PayPal describes adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards and other applicable transfer grounds in its privacy statement. A European hosting location does not mean that all processing stays in Europe.

How long we keep information

We retain order records while needed to complete the order, handle returns or disputes, and meet accounting and other legal duties. We retain enquiry records while the issue remains open and for as long as needed to address a related complaint or claim. Security records are kept for the period needed to investigate and prevent misuse. We review records when these purposes end and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, using the available provider controls. A legal duty or active dispute may require some records to be kept longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, have it erased, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. Some records may need to be kept where the law permits or requires it. Contact us using the details above.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us which use you object to and why it affects you.

Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your optional cookie choices. For another consent-based use, contact us at the email above. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to complain to us first.
