Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver within the United Kingdom. The delivery services available for your items and postcode are shown at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery

Your item is printed after you order. Production and shipping are separate stages, and the time needed depends on the product and destination.

Production averages 2 to 5 working days for phone cases, AirPods cases and laptop sleeves. This is the time before dispatch, not the total delivery time. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and counting starts on the next working day after your order. Shipping takes additional time, depending on the product, dispatch location and delivery address. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we agree a specific delivery deadline with you, that agreement applies. Unless we agree another period, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is free for phone cases and AirPods cases. Delivery charges for laptop sleeves are shown at checkout before you pay. An order that also includes a laptop sleeve may therefore have a delivery charge. Check the complete order total and delivery address at checkout.

Address changes

If you notice an error after ordering, email support@ruvra.co.uk as soon as possible. We will check whether the address can still be changed.

Late or missing orders

Contact us with your order number if the delivery estimate has passed. We will check the order and help resolve the issue. Your rights may include setting a further delivery deadline or cancelling for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
