Returns and refunds

These terms apply to purchases from ForgeVector Software Limited, trading as RUVRA.

Change of mind

You can cancel without giving a reason, from placing your order until 14 days after the day the goods arrive. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item arrives.

Email support@ruvra.co.uk, or send another clear statement that you want to cancel. Include your name and order number if available. You do not need our approval.

These cancellation rights apply to our standard artwork, model, style and size choices. Printing an item after you order does not remove them.

Returning an item

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. Keep proof of postage. You pay the direct postage cost for a change-of-mind return.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds

For a cancelled whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not have to refund the extra cost of a faster delivery service.

We refund without undue delay, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you returned them, whichever happens first. We may withhold the refund until then. If no goods were sent, we refund within 14 days after you cancel.

We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. There is no refund or restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose. Explain the problem and include your order details. A photograph can help, but is not a condition of your legal rights.

We will provide the remedy required by law, which may be a refund, repair or replacement. We pay reasonable return costs where required by law. The change-of-mind time limits above do not limit these rights.
